This kit comprises of a single hangman / cantilever bar with reflective, non-conductive glass fibre extending upright pole and lightweight fillable plastic bases. The plastic bases are ideal for anyone looking for a lightweight, easy to handle base solution. Simply unscrew the plug and fill with water (or sand for even more weight), the bases stack on top of each other and the kits comes supplied with four bases.
